Prescription refills will not be addressed on weekends or after hours. They must be requested during regular office hours. You can have all of your gynecological prescriptions filled at your office visits. Please note that any prescription faxed in by your pharmacy or requested outside of a regular office appointment will incur a $10.00 processing fee. This charge compensates the time and effort needed to review your chart and write or call in your prescription. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you give us 24 hours notice. This way the appointment time can be offered to another patient. There is a $50.00 charge for "no-showing" to your appointment. Established patients: Please note that after 3 instances of "no-showing" for an appointment, we will NOT reschedule your appointment.
